Baked Atlantic salmon with linden honey
- Atlantic salmon without skin
- Natural Honey
- Soy sauce (dark and light)
- Fresh ginger
- Clove of garlic
Teriyaki sauce: Combine soy sauce (dark and light) in a bowl with a spoon of honey, adding freshly grated ginger and sliced garlic. Then mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Salmon: Wash and dry the fish thoroughly, then soak in Teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Since salmon is a very delicate fish, do not bake it for too long. VOILA :-)
