FAQ - frequently asked questions

Where do our honeys come from?

This is the most frequently asked question by customers. Our honey comes from an apiary in the Lower Silesian Forests, from Roztocze, the Opole region and the Limanowa area in Lesser Poland. We examine and check all honey for species identification and adulteration.

How can I be sure that the honeys are not fake?

Our bees are under veterinary supervision, which guarantees that beekeepers meet the highest standards in the field of bee breeding and production of honey and other bee products. Moreover, all products are NATURAL, which means that we do not mix them with glucose syrup and the bees feed only on natural raw materials , i.e. nectar and honeydew. We select each type of honey from the same apiary. E.g. Rapeseed honey from Roztocze, heather honey from the Lower Silesian Forests.

Where does the idea of combining the best apiaries on the Bryła Miodu Platform come from?

Bryła Miodu is not only honey from our apiary, but also a platform bringing together the best beekeepers in Poland . What's more, we choose only natural, high-quality honey and other bee products for you. Only products that have been tested and meet the highest standards are placed in our jar and receive the HONEY BLUGS logo.

We know that it is extremely difficult to produce a larger amount of good honey in one apiary because:

  • Specialized Apiary Farms (commercial apiaries) are mainly focused on mass production - which often affects the quality of honey.
  • Each region has different geographical and climatic conditions for the development of various honey plants... (e.g. most heathlands are found in the Lower Silesian Forests, which increases the chance for bees to produce high-quality varietal honey).
