Bee pollen comes from many plants, so its composition varies. It contains approximately 200 substances and bioelements. It is rich in protein, carbohydrates, fats, amino acids, enzymes, hormones, minerals, amino acids (including those not produced by the body). It also contains mineral salts, antibiotic substances, hormones (estrone, acetylcholine), growth substances, essential oils, and phytoncides. Even a small amount of pollen provides a daily dose of essential vitamins, bioelements, amino acids, hormones and microelements that contribute to maintaining the biological balance of the human body.
