Gift vouchers are a great solution, especially before holidays, birthdays or other occasions that require us to choose a gift for a loved one. We know perfectly well how difficult this task is sometimes. We don't always realize what the recipient will enjoy the most, and an unwanted gift may bring disappointment instead of joy.

A gift voucher relieves us of these dilemmas. When buying it as a gift, we give the recipient a free hand to choose the gift that best suits their taste and needs. Knowing that he likes honey and prefers healthy food, the voucher purchased in our store will definitely be a hit.

What can you pay for with a voucher?

Vouchers allow you to purchase any item offered by our store. If the amount for which the voucher was issued is too low, nothing stops you from paying the difference and enjoying the gift you purchased yourself. Unfortunately, in the opposite situation, when the value of the item is lower than the amount shown on the voucher, we do not refund the difference. This is a generally applicable rule in transactions made using prepayment vouchers.

How to buy gift certificates?

After selecting their value (PLN 50, 100 or 150), we buy gift vouchers like any other product offered in our store. Once you make the payment, we will deliver the voucher to your e-mail address. It will contain a code and an expiration date until which you can make transactions using it. Now you can give your gift and provide the online address of our store, where the recipient will make a purchase and will therefore choose a gift for themselves.

How are gift vouchers redeemed?

We pay with a gift voucher after adding the selected item to the cart. When confirming the transaction, you can indicate that you have a voucher. A window will then appear in which you can enter the code. And that's enough. The value shown on the voucher will be deducted from your bill. If it is lower than the product price, you can easily pay the difference.
