Freeze-dried royal jelly in our store
Before we introduce you to this effect of honey bees' work, we must point out that royal jelly is very unstable. Unfortunately, eating fresh comes with a number of limitations. For this purpose, you should ask the beekeeper directly for the possibility of drinking royal jelly straight from the hive, and in addition, plan your visit to the apiary at the turn of May and June, during the period of strong development of the bee family and increased production of queen cells, i.e. cocoons with the larvae of future queens covered with royal jelly.
How to address these limitations? Before we decided to choose a supplier of royal jelly, we checked health-promoting products from many manufacturers. A valuable tip for us came from the research of one of the outstanding experts on the subject, Dr. Bogdan Kędzia. They indicate that only in freeze-dried form the milk retains its properties longer. That's why we offer freeze-dried royal jelly in easily soluble capsules in this form , which is perfectly protected against decomposition and loss of health-promoting properties. The MEDICA ® HERBS product contains as many as 40 capsules with freeze-dried royal jelly.
How is royal jelly made?
Royal jelly is a structurally complex substance that consists of water, proteins, fats, sugars, vitamins and minerals. During the life of the hive, it is a unique source of food for the developing larvae and the queen bee. Young worker bees called "nurse" extract food from honey and pollen and convert it into royal jelly in their salivary glands. Then they give it in the form of milk to queen bees and young larvae, which contributes to their healthy growth and development.
